Collaged Butterfly

Collaged Butterfly (FF128F) is a new stamp from the Vintage Spring supplement. Every time I look at it I am inspired to use it in different ways.  One of the things I like about the collage on the butterfly is you can just shade the edges with your distress pad and sponge tool and its ready to go on a project or you can color in one area (like the rose) or color in detail the whole butterfly.  Here are a few ideas

The butterfly makes a perfect pop-up card (there are several youtube videos that will help).  Just add your sentiment.

Here in tan and light blues is a fun collage background with Collaged Butterfly as the main feature.
Paint card stock with acrylic pain and then wipe off with a baby wipe to expose the tan background paper.  I added a little darker blue and wiped it with a baby wipe as well.  Dry completely and then
stamp background designs to create texture.  In black stamp the quote after checking placement of the butterfly.  Glue on your Collaged Butterfly.
Tags make great add ons to card fronts, gift tags, a small note for a lunch box or as place cards.
Stamp Collaged Butterfly onto scrapbook paper and cut out.  Decorate your tag with stamps and
a uplifting word.  Apply glue to the back of your butterfly, adhere to tag on front then wrap and adhere to the back.  Add string, ribbon or fibers.
